Administration

The Administration section covers organization-level settings that apply across all monitoring modules: managing users and their access, issuing API tokens, reviewing the audit log, and managing your subscription.

Only users with the Administrator role can access most of these settings. Billing settings additionally require the Billing Manager role. See Roles & Permissions for a full breakdown.

Organization settings

Your organization was created when the first user signed up. The organization name, slug, and subscription tier are shown at the top of the Administration page.

The signup user — the person who originally created the organization — permanently holds the Administrator role across all modules. This assignment cannot be revoked.
